Salem/Center Customers - If you do not have a picture on your TV, please reboot all TV Set-Top-Boxes (STB). A STB is the box next to your TV.
Here are instructions on how to reboot:
1. Locate STB power source cable and unplug.
2. Wait 30 seconds and plug power cable back in.
3. Allow STB to recycle and power back on.
4. Perform a reboot to all STBs.
5. Call TrioTel at 425-2238 if issue persists.
