Local residence and business service includes:

●Voice grade access to the public telephone network
●Flat-rated local exchange service free of per minute charges
●Access to directory assistance services

●Dual tone multi-frequency signaling (touch-tone) service

The Link-Up program provides a discount on connection charges when installing new telephone services. The Lifeline program provides a monthly discount on your local services telephone bill.

If you receive assistance from one of the following programs, you can qualify for the Link-Up and/or Lifeline Assistance for your telephone services:

• Supplemental Security Income
• Federal Public Housing Assistance
• Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program
• Income below 135% of Federal Poverty Guidelines
• Temporary Assistance to Needy Families
• National Free School Lunch Program
