Change your Password


 

This is a new way to change your password for your Triotel e-mail account. Please use this as a reference if and when you would like to change your e-mail account password.

 

To change your password, click HERE.

Step 1:

Follow the link that is provided for you on our website, under Webmail: Change Password. You will be taken to this screen.

Enter in your Triotel e-mail account and password.

 

Step 2:

Once at the home screen, click on Account Info. You will be taken to this screen.

Step 3:

Click on Change Password. It will bring you to this screen. Enter in your old password, then type in your new password once, and then again to confirm it.

 

*****IF YOU USE A ROUTER*****

If you use a router and are planning on changing your password, YOU MUST change the password in the router as well. You need to log into your router, and under the PPPoE connection, change the password to your new password. Then click on save or apply settings, and the change will take effect. Please call our office or Tech Support if you have any difficulties.
